  • Do I need to retest my genetics if I’ve already done it?
    It depends. If you have your RAW data from 23andMe or Ancestry, we can usually work with it, but we’ll need to check compatibility first. If not compatible, we’ll need to do a new cheek swab.
  • How long does it take to get genetic results?
    It typically takes around 3-4 weeks to receive your genetic results after submitting your sample.
  • Can I use my existing blood work?
    Yes, during our initial kick-off call, we’ll review your previous blood work to determine if new tests are needed based on how recent they are and your current health status.
  • What’s the BioScan MSA, and how is it used?
    The BioScan uses a hair sample (we’ll provide instructions) to analyze bioenergetic health. It helps us determine your readiness for detoxification, assess drainage support needs, evaluate nervous system function, nutrient absorption, and identify stressed organs or systems.
